The Turtles were initially famous for a folk rock cover of the Bob Dylan song, “It Ain’t Me Babe” and then reached superstardom with the release of “Happy Together” in 1967. Mark Volman and Howard Kaylan are the famous frontmen from the Turtles that went on to play with Frank Zappa’s Mother’s of Invention and then released albums under the name Flo and Eddie.
